  • One point equals $1.00 spent on food and beverage (check subtotal amount).
  • Points are credited to your account automatically by presenting either your 4560 Club card each visit, when settling your bill.
  • Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax, gratuity, or discounts.
  • Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • New members cannot receive credit for visits prior to enrollment.
  • Only the Club member paying the bill may receive points.
  • Any errors incurred must be adjusted the day of transaction.
  • Not presenting the Loyalty Club card at the time of purchase will delay point accumulation.
  • One card only will be issued per person.
  • Points are non-transferable.
  • Rewards are redeemable only when you dine, and for food and beverage only, and no change will be given.
  • Club members must accrue a minimum of 500 total points, have used their Loyalty Club Card within 6 months of their birthday and have a valid email address to qualify for the birthday discount.
  • Restaurants are not permitted to add points for prior visits. Original receipts must be sent to our corporate office at 4550 PGA Blvd. Ste. 205 Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418
  • Spoto’s is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards.
  • Points are not given for gift certificates or in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
  • Unused points expire 12 months from date of eligibility.
  • 4560 Club membership and benefits may terminate after 6 months of inactivity.
  • 4560 Club members are responsible for notification of a change of address or email address.
  • 4560 Club members consent to receiving email information regarding all offers.
  • Spoto’s Hospitality Group employees or family members, or those living in the same household as a Spoto’s employee are not eligible for membership.
  • Spoto’s Hospitality Group reserves the right to audit any account at any time.
  • Spoto’s Hospitality Group may terminate any account if fraud is suspected.
  • llegal, fraudulent, or other unauthorized use of the Loyalty Club card, or activity inconsistent with these terms and conditions will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of accrued points.
  • Spoto’s Hospitality Group reserves the right to change participating restaurants in the 4560 Club at any time.
  • Spoto’s Hospitality Group may cancel the program at any time.
  • Spoto’s Hospitality Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the program terms, or terminate the program at any time with 60 days notice. In the event the program is discontinued, any points accrued prior to the member receiving notice shall be redeemable for 30 days.
