2023 means new ownership, new menu, and big plans for the future. The Spotos Oyster Bar that has been a staple on PGA Boulevard for 20+ years is in a period of rapid transition. Guests should be prepared for a new level of experience from a completely revamped menu, an upgraded cocktail program, and new life on every surface.
